The hose is produced from a special PVC–nitrile rubber blend. This compound not only enhances flexibility and light weight like a PVC hose but also extends service life by solving the aging problems of traditional rubber hoses. Thanks to this unique formula, the hose remains crack-free and reliable even when used outdoors for over many years. Unlike ordinary PVC hoses that become brittle in cold weather, our welding hose stays flexible at temperatures as low as -20℃. It is also resistant to oils, chemicals, and corrosion.

The oxygen and acetylene hoses are firmly bonded together with excellent adhesion, preventing separation during use. Depending on pressure requirements, we supply hoses in different structures, with 3-layer and 5-layer constructions being the most common.
